Cherri Lavender, CEO

With over a decade in commercial furnishings, I’ve spent my career helping organizations create workspaces that truly work for them. As a senior Commercial Account Executive for a global furniture company, I managed institutional and government accounts and earned a Presidential Sales Excellence Award, ranking 3rd nationally.

Then life gave me a wake-up call. As a survivor of three cancer diagnoses in three years, I learned that tomorrow isn’t guaranteed, so I’d better spend my time doing what I love. That’s why I founded CivicGov Provisions, a woman-owned furniture procurement company based in Fair Oaks.

I don’t believe outfitting a workspace has to be dry or sterile. I make procurement collaborative, human, and even enjoyable. When you work with us, you’re partnering with someone who loves what they do, values the relationship, and makes sure every project runs smoothly from order to installation.
