Office trailer layouts

No two trailers are set up the same way. We plan around how your team works and what the space allows, and confirm measurements before anything ships.

What We Ask

Your trailer size and floor plan, headcount, and who works there, such as superintendents, project managers and engineers.

What Shapes the Layout

Computer and power needs, adjustable or mobile pieces, storage, extras like a coffee station, and physical limits such as support posts and narrow doors.

Your Approval

You review the layout drawing and ask for changes before we order.

From mobilization to closeout

Set Up

We plan the layout, quote product, freight and labor together, and schedule delivery and installation for the day you mobilize.

Move With the Work

When the project shifts to a new segment or site, we can arrange packing, moving and reinstallation, confirmed per job, so your team keeps working.

Storage and Closeout

Between phases we arrange storage until the next location is ready, and at closeout we coordinate removal so the site is clear.

Common questions

How Do You Lay Out a Construction Office Trailer?

There’s no standard layout. We look at your floor plan, your team and how they’ll use the space, then work around anything fixed, like a support post or a tight doorway. You sign off on the drawing before anything is ordered.

How Fast Can You Furnish a Trailer?

It depends on the products and their lead times. Many lines offer quick-ship options, and we confirm delivery dates in writing with your quote.

Does Your Work Count Toward Our Small Business Goals?

CivicGov is an SBA-certified WOSB and a California Small Business (Microbusiness and SB-PW). We perform the sourcing, ordering, delivery coordination, installation management and invoicing directly.

Can You Move Furniture Between Sites?

In most cases, yes. We coordinate relocation and reinstallation of field office furniture as work moves, and can arrange storage between phases. Some sites have location or access restrictions, so we confirm what’s possible for your project at quote.

Can We Add Supplies to the Same Order?

Yes. PPE, first aid, shelving, material handling and breakroom items can ride on the same quote and invoice as your furniture.

Where Do You Work?

California and Oregon are our focus. For projects throughout the lower 48 states, we arrange delivery and installation through manufacturer installers or vetted partner crews, confirmed per project.
